Longest Sinking time?

So this Carrier, my first in SH5

, wont sink. I've gotten "credit" for the ship, but just don't feel right about leaving the scene with her still burning and not see her sink. So I've put a coup de grace Torp into her about 4 hours after hitting her with with my two initial Torps. I've used about half my deck gun ammo.....

Its been 24 hours...she still shows no signs (besides being engulfed in flames) of going down. No list..no sitting lower in the water.

Whats the longest you've waited for a ship to sink?
