ievilgames.com creators of various mobile games are turning their hand to naval strategy and have started a Kickstarter for their forthcoming title "Victory at Sea" based on the successful tabletop minatures game by Mongoose publishing.

The video shown is primarily a placeholder and the developer has confirmed that the ranges in the final version will be more accurate ...
