I like potatoes fried, baked, mashed...and ever since I was in the navy 45 years ago I've enjoyed the occasional raw potato, well-scrubbed with a little salt.

I even heard a rumor that they make something called potato ice cream and they say it's very tasty.
I can't resist potato logs made in a pressure cooker with various seasonings they can even be better than chicken
