For the love of...Please don't upset the Irish.

I like potatoes fried, baked, mashed...and ever since I was in the navy 45 years ago I've enjoyed the occasional raw potato, well-scrubbed with a little salt.

I even heard a rumor that they make something called potato ice cream and they say it's very tasty.

I can't resist potato logs made in a pressure cooker with various seasonings they can even be better than chicken :yep:

Just made some freshly mashed deliciousness :yep:

Mum was given an old german recipe for a baked cheesecake. Main ingredient........ mashed potato.

Quite surprising. Would be hard pressed to tell the difference from a regular one, it was that good.

Just wanted to thank you for posting this video; had never heard of this artist before and I am always on the look out for "outside" artists... :up:
