Suggestions on reccomended mods for beginners?

I am used to play this game but still having a hard time hitting moving targets with torpedoes. So I still call myself a beginner. Any suggestion on what mods to use to make life easier like, I don't have to run from each crew to ask them to do something like shortcuts and a really good tutorial in game map for hitting moving targets would be very appreciated. Thanks! ^_^

Hi and welcome being a beginner myself try Youtube then go to search SilentHunter 5 and there you have a mass collection of levals of playing for you to chose from,
