Resupplying Harbors

I noticed there are some harbors that are neutral, but Im gonna guess you cannot refit there. I am on the missions just after the tutorial and was wondering if theres any way to refit torps and such on the west side of England or if you need to go all the way back to German territory every time.

All the way back to Germany I'm afraid.

Bigboywooly is currently adding resupply vessels to where they were in real life, but it's work in progress atm.

I look forward to it. Just got my first new sub, so the extra torps will be nice.

And I swear these merchants and warships in the harbor are trying to scratch my new paint job
