I'm quite sure the breast fetish some parts of the world have is 90% cultural.
It really shouldn't get in the way of childcare.

No it does not.

But Americans need to get over their nudity issues. To be prudent is not a bad thing but they are taking it so far that it borderlines with stupidity (for most of the part it stinks of hipocrisy, too).
