No it does not.
But Americans need to get over their nudity issues. To be prudent is not a bad thing but they are taking it so far that it borderlines with stupidity (for most of the part it stinks of hipocrisy, too).
Let's face it: we were born naked and will (for the most of the part) die naked (or very close to).
Also, first year (or two) most of us spent at the breast, then came period (between 2-15 years of age) we didn't think about them at all. Then for a short period of time (15-17) it was all we thought about but couldn't get anywhere close to them.
After that another period of time (18-30) we got close to some but didn't appreciate the fact and after that another period (30-50) we still crave for them but it is getting harder and harder to get some.... After that, last period (50-death) we would wish we could spend some time with them but it would not do us any good anyway.
So what is the big deal?
Like George Carlin used to say: "titty, Titty, TITTY, T-I-T-T-Y!!!!"
I have no idea why such a thing has to make news? Women are born with them and will die with them (at different places for most of the part, though). GET OVER IT!
