Harbor wall the killer !?

This is realy a laughter through tears but now I know **** realy happens sometimes

After one hard patrol my friend just got his career abandoned because as he says he most probably hit the harbor wall on Ahead Full and on TCx8

The game window was minimized at that time so he couldn't know what happened. The next moment he restored the window it was already too late to change anything..

What a waste!
Is it possible at all to sink yourself like that ?
