Type VIIC in GWX 1.2 does not dive...?

This is strange, I just got up to a Type VIIC and it will dive but really slow and if I go to 80m it only goes down to 30m then back up to about 15m. I will not dive to 160m it only dives to 60m then it goes back up to 40m. this is really strange, I never saw this before.

Does anybody else have this problem..? any info would be great, thank you.
