made Helgoland bnut nothing happened. this isn't a resupply point, or am i gonna have to return to Kiel?

Keep cruising around that area, somehow you will find it (just a new screen should appear saying that you have been re-supplied.) I couldn't figure it out either at first.

Wilhelmshaven is a resupply point thats close. I could be wrong but it either has to have docks or a sub at sea during certain dates. Hit F1 key
for resupply dates.

Go to within 30km and hit the Esc key...the option will tell you if you can dock there

I've never personally tried at Helgoland so can't say
