resupplying
 

made Helgoland bnut nothing happened. this isn't a resupply point, or am i gonna have to return to Kiel?

Keep cruising around that area, somehow you will find it (just a new screen should appear saying that you have been re-supplied.) I couldn't figure it out either at first.

Wilhelmshaven is a resupply point thats close. I could be wrong but it either has to have docks or a sub at sea during certain dates. Hit F1 key
for resupply dates.

Go to within 30km and hit the Esc key...the option will tell you if you can dock there :yep:
I've never personally tried at Helgoland so can't say :nope:
