Radio Stations Quest

A couple of questions here:
First, I'm pretty sure this may have been discussed, but ever since installing CC's CBS News Mod (a fantastic mod), I have lost my Radio Washington. The files are all still there, but when I tune in the radio, it only stops on CBS. Any way to reactivate this station? The CBS mod was installed via JSGME with no probs.

Secondly, dose anyone know where I could D/L that Radio Station Manager utility? The link that was provided in the thread (I had to use the forum search tool to dig it up) only brings me to the FileFront home page, not to the download itself. Thanks alot!
