Default Going to need more Torpedos

Note the date

It's been a long hard struggle of survival to get this far from the start of the war. But my crew and I have finally made it. (20km north of Utah landing beach)
This has got to be the main event! So many ships already. Has anybody else managed to get themselves in this position before? (GWX 1.03). Any advice?
Of course I really want to bag that big boat in the last pic. I've never sunk a US BB before.

Am I mad?

No, you're not.

Congrats, on having made it that far.

But I would handle this the conservative way...war is almost over, and everyone just wants to go home....alive.
So...be carefull!

Well, go ahead...give it to them one last time.
5 years of experience, haha!

Attack the BB, and use the convoy to hide.

It is a pretty boat. You should try to sink it

Can I have your stereo and the other stuff in your locker?

whoa!

I haven't seen anyone post on doing this before....

If you do manage to sink that big Battlewagon and manage to get out alive you deserve some sort of special medal and instant retirement to a cushy deskjob somewhere in a bunker in the Bavarian alps where you can rest on your laurels...

Good luck and keep us posted

Been there but didn't sink anything. Got spotted and sunk withing 1 hour of hearing the convoy.

Will try again soon though!

Well tried and failed for the Aux Cruisers. 2 wasted eels, I fired from to far and those T3s just don't catch up quick enough. Did'nt even contemplate loading the externals. Still managed to sneak home despite the Allies best efforts.

Wish I had more internal torpedoes.

I threw a huge party for the crew and Bdu showered us with medals all round. More injuries were sustained on that night out than our last patrol. Those French girls are just so enthusiastic.

Still hungover the next day I had to pay a visit to Bdu. Onkel said that if it was'nt for that invasion business the Furher would want to meet me in person. Lucky escape there I think. So I asked Onkel about a transfer up to the 11th flotilla in Norway and a wunder boat. Can you believe he said no!

Remain at Lorient, back to sea same boat and patrol BF11 for 24 hours!

I'm begining to have doubts about the way this war is being conducted. If we are not careful we could lose. Apparently the Allies are gaining quite a foothold in Normandy and things are not going the Armys way.
