I was lucky to happen upon three uboats tracking a convoy. Being the gungho lunatic I am, I get as very close until the DD see me(daylight). I submerge to 180 and of course the DD (3) circle me. This allows my three boys in the rear to get close enough(they only do about 7kts) to use the deck guns

. They sink one and send the other on fire crawling back to the convoy in flames. I surface and finish him off with my cannon. I took a few to the chin myself.

The third also was hit and smoking. He turned back to the convoy. I was finally able to work like a wolfpack

It felt like a coordinated attack!

To make a long story short, there was a forth DD and I was just feeling my oats and decided to take him on with my cannon

I won't be doing that anymore because he sunk me
