Yes, this scene.dat contains 1 of the 2 bugs I found in Leo's latest work. I think it's wise for everybody to wait to reuse the ROW scene.dat until a fixed version is officially posted in the ROW thread

PS: I don't know why this file contains only one of the 2 bugs. Is this a modification of the fixed scene.dat? Ifso, then you are using an invalid minitweaker file :hmm:
