Yes you need the RAOFB mod noted below the YouTube video. See
Ui-Boat V5.xx thread on this mod. I believe you can also get RAOF with an add-on to the
Multiple UIs for SH5 with TDC and Automation mod.
However if you currently have no mods you should start by looking over the SH5 Mod Guide for Beginners.
