Hi everyone. I'm a bit nervous about downloading Grey Wolves 3.0. The dowload files are all from 2011 on their website. Does anyone know if they've been corrupted, or if anybody has had trouble with viruses from the site? |

Hi Can anyone help, Downloaded fresh SH3 from Steam. Then downloaded GWX 3.0 From Subsim. On installation of GWX I got the error message to say it won't install because it has detected MODs.
1. How can this be if I downloaded a fresh copy of SH3?
2. How do I check what MODs have been installed if any?
Appreciate any help. |

The mod is absolutely great, sound effects, graphics, UI, more ports, cities and countries I cant believe I played this without them.. One thing though, I have not once came across a storm or precipitation and no rough seas or fog. Is this suppose to be happening? I like my rainy nights haha.. |

Hello all,
Just downloaded and installed the GWX Gold and everything seem to go just great until I tried to run the SH3 game! Click on my "Careers" tab and profile, went to the saved games as normal BUT when the game tried to load it only got to about 80% loading and then crashed! Screen flashed up with words "A Long Time Ago" and then back to my desktop screen. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how can I fix it?

Hello it appears i am having the same trouble others are having. I made a donation clicked the download file icon and it reverts me back to the donation page. Tried it several times with the same results. Thanks Tripod333 |

After more than a year I am back! I was very upset that I still couldn't get a stable installation of GWX. But I realized I could do the missions. I made a donation but I can't download GWX because it sends me to a page where it says to make a donation. What do I need to do to be able to download this mode? |

erm abit of my feedback here:
just reinstalled sh3 + gwx now that my area is in covid lockdown and have aton of time in 'work from home' heh.
feedback:
1) ran the naval academy tutorial - torpedo. the idle tramp steamer was able to 'bunny hop' right out of my torp set to fast and aimed right at the bow tip at 1km from 0knot... this is kinda too much for my comprehension haha. is there a way to tone down merchant ship acceleration to adhere more to reality?
2) the torpedo trap door seems to close on its own after i have opened it and select other torp. how to avoid this? i wanted to pre-open the tubes to allow quick succession of torp but this automation is not very helpful. |

I can't get a clean install of SH III on Steam. I've deleted the game from Steam. I also went into the Steam folder and deleted each files individually. I reload and I'm still coming up with old game saves. Is Steam saving game data somewhere else? |

While I get the donation notice, I was thankful to find a different version through another source that my friend hooked me up with. The only problem is the other version is NOT a "complete version" and created a few problems that required some code editing that my friend talked me through.
Hopefully, the donation notice isn't something that will pop up every time and is simply an annoyance more than a deterent for further updates or downloads. |
