Sub speed increase

I am wondering if there is any posibility to increase underwater speed of submarine? I know that it can be done with surface speed by modding engine upgrade value. I need this to make XXI nuke sub , by the way I'm looking for los angeles 3d model :)

Although in this case you will also have to go into the the sub.cfg file and change the max speeds in that file, too (you can use notepad for that).
