Looking for a tutorial on how to add an AA radar gun?

Sorry for being bold. Unfortunately, I don't know much about programming.

Where can I find a tutorial on how to add an AA radar gun?
I would also like to add an AA gun to a ship that does not have artillery - I don't know how to get a crew member assigned to it.
And if there is no such guide, can someone create one?

Run through s7rikeback's Silent Hunter Mod Collection (https://www.mediafire.com/folder/1637p1s855ukz/Silent_Hunter_Mod_Collection), especially the "Documents" folder. Seems to me that there are several little snippets from ETR3(SS) and CapnScurvy that fall into that ballpark...
