Hi, everybody!!
In advance I apologize for the translation by means of google as I will publish and in Russian.
I made this compilation three months ago for itself what to get rid of a heap of numerous spendthrifts and an overshoot one another (for convenience of use), but at the request of Russian-speaking captains I spread on www.sukhoi.ru (http://www.sukhoi.ru) (at present doesn't work), there I am registered under the name TKSS18 therefore at assembly there is my name, distinctive from the local. But I believe that it won't complicate, as an essence in the assembly.
Models of boats entered compilation type 9 from Wise and Kovall converted from Silent Hunter 5 of the boat type 7C and 7B, from Silent Hunter 4 type 18 remade in type 21 and as type 2 which model was processed by companion Kovall, as well as all are higher the converted works too from Kovall. All this I added with various practices of spendthrifts from such authors, as Anvart, Aces, Testpilot and many others, for what to all of them many thanks. I created new textures and skins and as still some things and amendments. It was tested by me on such gigamod's as GWX 3.0, CCoM 10.1 and a version drain, is known that others used assembly in WAC 4.1, complaints weren't and everything worked well. As the companion of Anvar1061 if that, and it helps with questions helped with testing.
Shortly about application. Skins will work only with these models. In the folder with textures it is possible to change for the frontal emblems, setting it the same name. Pennant for type 7C_1 as can be replaced on new, in the folder there are examples for replacement or creation of the new. That there would be no questions in GWX with display of models in game or the museum (textures can be black id because of the conflicts), it is necessary to establish FixAllSubGWX for a solution (remap id's in S3D) as this fix can be put and on other gigamod's was required or to make remap of conflict ai of boats most. As for assembly there are also other models of boats, and it is the late cabin 7B_1 and boat 7C41 model with the cabin 7C_3 from Kovall, and as model 9C40 with the cabin 9C_3 from Wise and Kovall. To put for a change on assembly top during use of these types of boats in game (at will). I in additives processed tools from Testpilot which didn't work about type 9 from Wise, there were departures from game, to use at will. I apply in readme archive in pictures on keyboard use commands.

Заранее прошу прощения за перевод с помощью google, так же опубликую и на русском.
Сделал данную компилляцию три месяца назад для себя, что бы избавиться от нагромождения многочисленных модов и перекрывания одного другим (для удобства использования), но по просьбе русскоязычных капитанов выкладывал на www.sukhoi.ru (http://www.sukhoi.ru) (в данный момент не работает), там я зарегестрирован под именем TKSS18, поэтому в сборке присутствует моё имя, отличительное от здешнего. Но я полагаю, что это не внесёт неясности, так как суть в самой сборке.
В компилляцию вошли модели лодок тип 9 от Wise и Kovall, конвертированные из Silent Hunter 5 лодки тип 7C и 7B, из Silent Hunter 4 тип 18, переделанный в тип 21, а так же тип 2, модель которого была переработана товарищем Kovall, как и все выше конвертированные работы тоже от Kovall. Всё это дополнил различными наработками модов от таких мододелов, как Anvart, Aces, Testpilot и многих других, за что им всем огромное спасибо. Мною были созданы новые текстуры и скины а так же ещё некоторые вещи и поправки. Тестировалась мною на таких гигамодах, как GWX 3.0, CCoM 10.1 и сток версии, известно, что другие использовали сборку в WAC 4.1, нареканий не было и всё работало хорошо. Так же помогал с тестированием товарищ Anvar1061, если что, то и он поможет с вопросами.
Коротко о применении. Скины будут работать только с данными моделями. В папке с текстурами можно менять на свои фронтальные эмблеммы, задавая им то же самое имя. Вымпел для тип 7C_1 так же можно заменить на новый, в папке есть примеры для замены или создания новых. Что бы не возникало вопросов в GWX с отображением моделей в игре или музее (текстуры могут быть чёрными из-за конфликтов id), нужно установить FixAllSubGWX для решения проблемы (потребовался remap id's в S3D), так же этот фикс можно ставить и на другие гигамоды или сделать remap конфликтных ai лодок самому. Так же для сборки имеются и другие модели лодок, а это поздняя рубка 7B_1 и модель лодки 7C41 с рубкой 7C_3 от Kovall, а так же модель 9C40 с рубкой 9C_3 от Wise и Kovall. Ставить для разнообразия по верх сборки в ходе использования данных типов лодок в игре (по желанию). Мною в добавок были переработаны орудия от Testpilot, которые не работали с тип 9 от Wise, происходили вылеты из игры, использовать по желанию. Прилагаю в архиве readme в картинках по использованию клавиатуры в командах.

P.S. Finally I will repeat about about what I spoke above. My name is born only by compilation, on authorship of the spendthrifts used in it, don't apply (even on sobstvenny creations), I don't accept remunerations. I know precisely that such authors as Wise, Kovall and Anvart, have against nothing (with them more than once spoke about many things). To other authors of spendthrifts, and it is Aces, Testpilot, Flakmonkey, HanSolo78 and is possible still to whom, I express huge gratitude for their work, their works will continue the way in this compilation. Андрей, я уже посоветовал, что возможно сделать, может он использует Commands_de.cfg, а на сухом я выкладывал только с Commands_en.cfg, здесь уже оба файла. А может что и другое, но я порекомендовал и в Library глянуть. В этой сборке уже всё переименовано так, что бы работало и в CCoM без конфликтов (плюс изменения в рубках по контролеру uzo, соответственно), так сказать, стандартизировал файлы uzo от Aces.

I try the VIIC and IX in GWX missions and they work fine. But in campaign I have CTDs. Of course I need to check the diverse conflicts between my mods.

In GWX having renamed the UZO_sim.dat ====> UZO_Type7_sim.dat now in work
I did UZO_sim.dat, instead UZO_Type7_sim.dat, and accordingly renamed UZO_Type7.anm UZO.anm, so it was in the files Aces. But this was not enough, because dat files each turms had to edit the node DMY_UZO > controller StateMachineCtl > Properties, only if everything was finished look. All this is done in order to not conflict with other modes, for example with CCoM 10.1, which uses the principle of placing UZO. In mod with sukhoi.ru was all the old, here summarized under the standard.

How to eliminate the Reich eagle from the front of the conning towers?
They are not historic from 1940/1941. I see the eagles are 3D models included in the boats, not tga files.
It seems it´s needed some work with a 3D editor, but I would to know if there is another way.

My game crashes with any Type IX boat.

pedalboat, a list of your mods to see (if any), only then I can somehow help you. But I have to say that everything works fine on my several mega mods, and after the release I do not change in mods, himself only this assembly use. From other users too no complaints.

Now it's ok, Ahnenerbe.
I reinstalled the game (v 1.4b) and then GWX 3.0 from scratch and the problem is gone now.
And yes, I had a lot of stuff from different mods and I think that was the real problem after all.

Lovely skins and even better looking if I use SweetFX.
By the way, I play SH3 with a CRT monitor at 1152x864, but with SweetFX the resolution switches back to 1024x768.
My d3d9.cfg starts with this:

and also there is a d3d9.dll from SweetFX (8-8-2012, 170.496 bytes),
but the game is now as I said 1024x768 (even the screenshots, now they are in BMP by default?) Even AA4X in my ATI 7870 2GB makes the game look a bit jaggy at 1024x768.
Any solution to this in order to get my 1152x864 res back again or even to get widescreen resolution if I buy a widescreen monitor?
You know, the game looks so nice with SweetFX. Pity.

Guys, anyone have the same problem with the radar FuMO-29? Why antenna is displayed on the hull? How to fix it?
And one more thing - the icons of radio operator are not active... I used the stock SH3 + German U-Boats Compilation, nothing more:

Run ''FMO_30_UpDown_final'' over ''German U-Boats Compilation'' - didn't become better. Actually this mod couldn't fix anything, because it was done long before ''German U-Boats Compilation'' and only for radar FuMO-30. In order to solve the problem with the radar FuMO-29 we need the Original Radar Fix for ''German U-Boats Compilation'', about which wrote in another topic author. The question is why the author hasn't posted a link to this radar fix in the main topic, if without this radars are displayed incorrectly? The author doesn't respond to private messages, any thoughts on solving the problem? Or maybe someone has no such problem?

Now after applying the fix for radar FuMO-29 I go to mission Gibraltar and if I choose type VII for year 1944 I get the message: radar destroyed.

Yes, the problem with radar doesn't completely solved.
In 1944, the radar is not active. In 1943 active, but doesn't see the enemy.
Let's wait for the decision from the author.

Hi all,
Need some clarification:
The first post lists "TKSS18 German U-Boats Compilation" part one and two.
Part two has less files than part one but the files that are there are exactly the same as in part one.
What's the point of part two? or was there a mix up in the uploads?

I am using it in the main campaign ...I like your compilation but I dislike the Eagle in the conning tower...it is not historical correct and it is also way to big...
Could you upload a file without it...cause i am a idiot with those things no skill on 3D ...:salute::up:

This assembly was doing for a long time and it was my first job in S3D. Remove the Eagles is not difficult, just remove what I have in the screenshot. So is the rest turms do the same operation.

With what you have done against the imperial eagle, you can upload your events anywhere and anyone, from my side there is no restrictions, as this compilation essentially build mods of many authors, claim on my part not.
With regard to the suitability and solution of the problem using WAC 4.1, I'll give you a later recommendation, and are likely send mod-fix.

Yes, I know. At the moment (as they become available), I do the work (can you say did) on new models by Alex Wise. In addition, the already drawn a number of skins and camouflages. If you do need to WAC5.0 (which we are waiting for release), I can share with you their experience.

This is the same Mod German U-Boats Compilation , But as I didn't liked the German Reich Eagle on the conning Towers I decided to use SH3 Editor and take them out of all the Subs Conning towers in this compilation...
...Later on I saw that the Emblems were not of my taste so done the same editing and removed the emblems from the CT.

Thank you for this amazing mod! the models are just amazing! I have a problem with late towers : I have some kind of metal sticking out near the deck crew . I will be thankful if I can get any help . I disabled all other mods , but the problem persists :(

That is the FuMo-29 radar antenna that should be on the front of the tower. Since that radar is next to worthless, I would either upgrade to the next radar set, or just do away with FuMo-29 radar.

I have a few questions for the author.
In the textures I see new files.
Conning_7C_01 upto 03 and Reflect_Conning_7C_03 why is there so many?
Uboat7C_structure_Standart verses Reflect_Uboat7C_structure? What is the purpose?
Does Uboat7b use Uboat7C_deck or does it have only Uboat7B_deck?
Does Uboat7B share Uboat7C_body or have its own UBoat7B_body?
Anything else I should know about these new modeled skins?

Is there any fix by author ? I found one in old posts fix for Fumo 29 but link was outdated. this submarine models are just superb , I really want to enjoy them with their full potential , please help if you can!

it seemed to fix the problem on most of the boats , but FuMo 29 is still sticking out on VIIC , however FuMo 30 is working fine so far. so I m relived .
Again I want to say thank you for this mod , I would suggest to author to put some installation instructions for dummies :D otherwise the mod is superb , the models are very well detailed, it brought this game to todays standards!

I'm still trying to fix misplaced Fumo 29 problem with U boats IXC 40 mod . I'm using Silent 3ditor (v0.9.9) but I was unable to locate Fumo 29 model in that mod to position it back to correct place.

Did you install the fix?
Another fix is not possible due to different sizes of the towers.
You should use another radar! Fumo29 is not that good because of the limited angle.

I never liked FuMo 29 :) its just I don't always play campaign, I like to play single missions sometimes , and Fumo29 is just ruining this amazing 3d models, I just want to find the source and delete the 3D model of FuMo 29 or reposition it somehow.

Yes I tried the fix , but it did not work on ixc/ixD2 , I think its only for VIIC with 3 tower.
What is the hotkey to have the flags hanging from the periscope?

So i finally figured out you have to be within 200m of the dock for the penants to show up on your periscope.

You shouldn't mix GWX and LSH Mods!
I don't think that's the prob cause its a graphic-visual mod. In my opinion it has to do with the sub. I'll try to disable German u-boat compilation (3) mods
and try to add it at the stock ixc.

When i enable this mod through JSGME it crashes the game when i start a patrol.:/\\!! I'm using GWX 3.0 and no other mods.
I found a conflict with olc gold and acm Like if you install olc or acm after uboat compilation mod You cant raise flags lower rise radio antenna and all of that but If you install U boat compilations after the Olc or acm You cant move tdc dials

Can Snorkels be used with these skins? I try to take out a VIIB in 1944 and I get a "Snorkel Destroyed" message as soon as i spawn in. I have managed to get the Snorkel to work with the VIIC but only because I have been going through all the different types of skins until I found one that worked. The VIIC skin that works is the 7c 1940 similar U-96 Weiss. Thank you

I started with SH3 a few years ago, but quickly got bored of it (I had no clue there are so many mods available!) Then I discovered the great mod of GWX 3.0 and other cool mods, but then again - I got bored, and didn't have enough free time. But now I am back at it again (curious for how long lol) and approached a problem with this mod (German U-boats Compilation). My mod list is as follows :
Ahnenerbe WideGui 1920 x 1080 Final
GWX - Enhanced Damage Effects
GWX - No medals on crew
MEP v5 with green water
But, I'd like to use also Thomsen sound pack, TKSS18 German U-boats compilation (basically to have those fancy looking U-boat models and interior with all those added rooms) - But I can't. When I try to enable them via JSGME with those that I already have, then the problem appears. JSGME says (for example when enabling the Thomsen sound pack)

Trying to launch a patrol with TKSS18 German U-boat compilation (the version without the eagles) is causing my crashes, not entirely sure why. Worked flawlessly yesterday, until I also tried enabling the 2nd Compilation. With that enabled at the same time, it caused a crash at the start of a patrol.
Disabled Compilation 2, started a test patrol fine with just TKSS18 German U-boat compilation. Then, I attempt to switch to the external view and it crashed, and now the game just crashes whenever I try to start a patrol with it.
Not sure why, anyone have any ideas?

WHen I am running version of no eagles on VIIC where are white squares instead of emblems I don't like emblems but I don't like strange white squares.

Can someone please help me understand the purpose of some of the cfg files included with this mod? Specifically basic.cfg, conning_barracks_10/12.cfg, and equip_3.cfg. A lot of the differences between these files and my own must be unnecessary and I'm trying to create my own personalized cfg files to avoid any unnecessary changes.
Compared to GWX files, the basic.cfg in this mod seems to change availability dates, torpedo tube loadouts, renown and medal/rank mechanics, and even seems to undo the way GWX handles engine upgrades. Is there anything here that's actually necessary?
conning_barracks_12.cfg only seems to slightly change PozEmblem which is probably safe but still of questionable use.
conning_barracks_10.cfg adds this chunk of text under S01: http://i.imgur.com/b0pgV06.png. To me it seems like this is simply adjusting the appearance of guns on the F7 crew/management screen?
equip_3.cfg removes this chunk: http://i.imgur.com/6kRrhou.png. Again, this seems to be related to the F7 crew/management screen. Why these changes when there are no other interface changes?
So, is this all necessary? If not, what can I change? Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!

Some equipment are linked to sub-equipment.dat which is part of models by wise. The equipment is 3d models like wire cable antenna and are introduced into the model from the folder Library. This reduces the size of the .dat file and decreases problems with too many high detailed high poly models. Studying the equipment file before deleting or changing would be important first. ( only relevant for type IX and German U-Boat compilation 2 Type VIIb and VIIC Models by Wise )

For those wondering, I noticed you can enable the snorkel RWRs included in this mod by simply going into basic.cfg and changing the lines Name20=NSS_Uboattype7_SNK

I also noticed that the sensor values in the included sensors.dat are nothing at all like those in GWX, so I've uploaded my own (ftp://Maik:Woelfe@hartmuthaas.no-ip.org/Public/Sharing/SH3COMMUNITYMODS/IZGUD/U-Boat%20Compilation%20Sensors.dat%20for%20GWX.7z) for anyone interested. The sensors in these files are identical to those in GWX with the unofficial rocket fix by Rubini, with only the visual sensor being increased in the 20km file.
Also, for those of you who do not have free cam enabled on the bridge, here (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1nrAS4Kl1hMWUk2Rkx0a0xzWGM) are the .cam files to restore normal watch officer behavior.
Finally, there are still problems with the placement of the FuMO 29 on VIIC even with the fix provided by La vache. I would greatly appreciate any help on this one. Perhaps there's a way to split FuMO 29 from the rest of the radars so they are not all sharing the same position node?

plane and ship fire and smoke damage
moonlight mod
Ahnenerbe Wide Gui with both tweaks by Izgud
TKSS German U-boats compilation
Thomsen Sound Pack
and a few minor mods
I also use Large Address Aware to SH3.exe (I don't use H.sie patch because I didn't want to loose saves from current good campaign)
Without Large Address Aware I always had CTD when loading campaign patrols whenever TKSS or Thomsen SP was installed .
Only training missions were loading fine (Single Missions I didn't check)
Now, with LAA my campaign is loading well and completely. HOWEVER when i go to any of Periscopes or external wiev, the game crashes to desktop.
Please help!

Large addresses aware doesn't work very well with SH3. You should have used the 4 gig patch availabl here here (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/downloads.php?do=file&id=2888) or used SH3-front end to patch the game available here (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=212462)
I would like to retain my saves which could be impossible with hardcode patch.
Why do you think LAA and SH3 doesn't work wery well together? I read the effect should be the same to memory usage as with patch...
Did you test it somehow?

First, of I am not talking about Hsies patch. Hsies patch has the 4gig patch as an option already in it.
Second, LAA does something a little different than the actual 4 gig patch SPECIFICLY DESIGNED FOR SH3 I don't know what because I don't have the source code for either so there is no way for me to compare
Third, you don't need a new career. even with HSIE I have installed in mid game when I first found it and it worked fine.
fourth without seeing what your load order is and without seeing all of your mods we can't isolate the possibility its a mod. Rereading your mod list and where your issue is it really sounds like you have conflicting mods somewhere likely dealing with the environment outside the submarine.
I didn't realize there is a standalone 4 GB patch. I'll give it a try.

Independently, I'll also check if my current sh3.exe file is somehow protected, read-only or not run as administrator, to ensure proper LAA operation. Surely it is installed outside x86 Program Files.
A'propos environmental issues - does TKSS change something in environment? Why would it crash only when i go to Periscope or bridge?
I'll try to disable current environmental mods.

I would advise you the "FixAllSubGWX "mod for the U-boat compilation 2.
Tried, no joy.
And i had it installed at the end of list which caused another problems with menu and cameras files - for example it caused Izgud tweaks for Ahnenerbe Wide Gui inoperable.
What does this mod do, by the way?

In my opinion you shouldn't merge MEP v6 and SH5 Water for SH3, because these are both environmental mods and probably it's conflict between them.
Try use only one, I suggest you MEP - it's a piece of good work.

Próbowałem już wielu kombinacji i niestety w moim przypadku tylko MEP nie współpracował z TKSS, natomiast współpracował z SH5 water ale będę jeszcze próbował umieszczać MEP na końcu i zobaczę.
Now the same in English, as we are both from Poland.
I tried many different combinations and only MEP seemed to conflict with TKSS, while simultaneously MEP worked well with SH5 water, but I will also try to place MEP at the end of list and we will see.
Now as far as TKSS is concerned, I noticed funny bug: when I go to conning tower, click the attack periscope column to enter the place where you see periscope chair, lens and column, (instead of simply press f3 you can go there "manually") this view is rotated 90 degrees. Does anyone see it too?

In my opinion TKSS isn't solid stable in many configs, I always had problems using it. You should find the proper mods soup for you checking all - it's boring, but neccessary.
Suprisingly, finally, MEPv6 started to work yesterday. I removed SH5 water and placed MEP at the end.

great mod the models are unreal etc etc....now i'm having a problem with the Type 9 boats, the sensors seem to be off ( visual mainly) my Type 9 visual has about 2 KM or less, i've installed all the fixes, etc yet i keep getting bombed due to low visual detection

Okay Noticed a problem when installing this mod,
Before installing this mod i have 60-100 fps at 2048 time comppresion
but then I install this mod it goes down to 5fps !. I don't think is this normal to drop the compression what low. Please help

hydrophone bug ???
When I start a patrol and jump to hydrophone station I can manually search for targets. Save game later and start again next day. Now I can't do what I did the other day. My SO is able to search for sound contacts but I can't. Also it seems that aircraft detection from the bridge is almost useless.

So it seems, after many mods files moving, that the AI U-Boats Compilation is the one causing this. Running without this one and all works fine.

great mod the models are unreal etc etc....now i'm having a problem with the Type 9 boats, the sensors seem to be off ( visual mainly) my Type 9 visual has about 2 KM or less, i've installed all the fixes, etc yet i keep getting bombed due to low visual detection

I've the same problem. The mod works well but with Type 9 boats the watch crew is blind. They spot a destroyer at 3000m only with calm sea and clear sky. I play with Gwx 3.0 and this is my mod list:

hi im just downloaded this mod and it was awesome:Kaleun_Salute: but there's one problem with the crew fatigue because the endurance bar always full. Btw im using this mod with GWX 3.0.

Game loads in few seconds via SH3 Commander, everything is stable and fluent so far.
Ok for some reason the 4 mods necessary for u boat compilation to work, make me loose ships flags in GWX :doh:

It can’t be in the Gun Fixed Rework though. Maybe in the Fix all Sub mod... or in the 2 compilation parts :hmmm:
Still investigating. That’s very strange because when i deactivate the 4 mods i get the flags back.
Have to localize the faulty file inside :hmmm:
ÉDIT: Found the faulty files. Deleted the Flag and FlagS files in Library of both U-Boat Compilation (part 1 and 2) and got back all boats flags!
Don’t really know why those U-Boat compilation have to do with boats flags.
Thought it was only to get SH5 sub.
EDIT2: have to delete also all nationality flags in data/texture/tex...in both part 1&2.
Because flags were inverted.
Now back with GWX3 stock flags!

Has anyone provided a downloadable fix for the blind Type IX boats?
My feeble attempts at fixing them per Ivonov's instructions have been a failure. I'm sure others have found them instructive, but I am such a computer nob that I can't even open the file noted, much less modify it.
I'm probably not alone in that regard.
Anyway, If anybody has a fix I can install I sure would appreciate it.

I am loath to install a mod that is not complete. That said, can the problem with the blind IX's be systems/other mods issue as so many other mods have?
I'm kinda thinking about removing all my other mods, install and test the U-Boat Compilations and then add back my mods more or less one at a time.

For the periscope view rotated, i found the faulty file. It’s only for the VII type. Type II and IX are good.
It’s in Data/Interior/NSS UBoat 7/NSS UBoat 7 CT
When i delete NSS UBoat 7 CT.dat, all is fine again...
But there are plenty things into that file, and can’t locate where is the mistake...(to be able to keep it)

The screenshots looks nice and the text gives nice information about everything but installation, so I'm a bit confused at the moment.

I forgot to ask about the extra key-commands needed for the compilation that I've read about. Are they a separate mod or included in the compilation?
I am also confused about the skin-pack with confusing names like "Turm 1-2-3" etc. What are they and do I need them?
EDIT: I figured it out. The fix was included in the UI-download obviously since the author is the very same person for both mods!

Worked perfectly except for the added stuttering. My computer is ripe for exchange anyway but I thought that it was a bit weird. (8GB Ram, quad core (something decent) and Geforce 770.)

I cannt say what causes it.I thought it was some conflict with Commands_en.cfg.
I dont have much experience with the pennants, but i can say that when i didnt choose the "Move 1WO to the bridge" from H.sie option selector and the watch officer is not on the conning tower, some commands dont work, for example Crew on deck and rasie up flag.

I know there has got to be a way to get the great camo skins shown on this thread's 1st page. Are they in the "Skins" folder as I suspect? If so, how do I put them into JSME to get them to appear on screen? Do they over ride the main U-boat mod when activated?

On the second issue, uncheck the box before "periscope fix" in H.sie optionselector
thank you, those initial problems are fixed, and i found out about the periscope thingy was meant to be like that as you mentioned in the options selector,
so all good..
altho i am having a few CTD, so far in museum if you select one of the type 9 B , i think the one that shows it on the surface, i get CTD.

Playing the short sighted Type IXB & IXC Type Boats is a real challenge. You have to constantly have your finger hovering over the "C" key. Aircraft aren't spotted until they are actually making their run and pesky MTB boats and Destroyers are firing on you and you still can't see them. You make fewer visual sightings than you did before you boarded one of these beautiful babies.
That's my whine!
Can anyone provide a mod that would fix the sensor ranges for these lovely boats? A method was suggested back a few posts ago that explained how to use SH3d to fix it, but I couldn't get it to install/work on Windows 7.
Come on Modder's and give an old duffer a break....

my problem is that the upper deck of the viic are total black.
and the deck gun isnt there
and when i go 1943- i get snorkel destroyed when loading game...

Hey,
I love using your mod and there is nothing nicer than raiding the English coast with a pirate flag.
Unfortunately the mod seems to cause some issues for me:
1) The watch crew on my VIIB is blind. Although they are qualified, they sometimes don't even spot destroyers 2000m from me that shoot at me. When I turn the mod off, this issue is not there.
2) For some reason, when the mod is on weather is either no wind at all or strongest wind and rain. There is no inbetween.

Does one needs German compilation boats mod or can just use the type VIIA Playable Submarine as a stand alone?
And its a Sh3 Cmr mod, so active it by jsmge in SH3 Commander, correct?

Provide a list of installed mods. What type of VII do you have a specific problem with? I heard about a similar situation. Last time Fix all Ai u-boats was not installed.

So I love the visual changes to the U-boats this mod provides. I simply cannot go back to stock, but I have a few issues with crashes on game loading.
They all seem to be SH3 Commander related, as 90% of the time, I can start a campaign from the main menu and it will be fine. Sometimes, it seems to just crash for no reason. I feel like I'm balancing a battleship on a pinhead, sometimes a fresh campaign works with SH3C and sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes a fresh campaign works without SH3C and then suddenly it does.
I'm trying to figure out if Commander changes certain files in the Compilation that causes a mismatch and crash :hmmm:

If you installed the SH3Cmdr U-boat Skin Pack, then yes. But this should not cause CTD.

Your problem is in the Compilation N2. The fact is that besides Turm 1 u-boat VIIC does not have Turm3 and 4. Remove this mod and wait for Wise & Sphere to finish it.

I changed up the way the mods were installed and removed the guns compulation, and it all seems to work now!:Kaleun_Thumbs_Up:
