Can anyone please help me by telling me how to create a tga file? I've been making my own missions for SH3 & SH4, but I would like to change out the background loading screen for an SH4 mission I've created. Thank you.

You an use Paint.NET (it is a freeware image editor, and a good & simpe one, imo) just google for it.

You edit your image in your choosen format (.jpg, .bmp, .png, .whatever) and when you are ready you save it as a .tga file. Paint.NET support all the main image file format.
