Heya all, just a short list of a few mod ideas.
Ill admit that im no modder and no programmer so ill leave the work upto the pro's
But i like sharing ideas
1. - Time in port is based on Hull integrity & destroyed systems upon docking.
(undamaged=48hours min, 25% hull integrity=14 days, Refits = no Repair).
2. - Torpedo / Gun Loadout Choice When you refit
(possibly variable cost or free)
3. - No More game tips on how to use deck gun or other stuff
(suprised ain't already been modded for those who don't use new ui's)
4. - Clouds as fog layer for patchy fog effect instead of blanket of solid fog
(i have tried many fog configs and mods, nice but still to uniform)
5. - dynamic fire that spread properly / Major explosions.
(fire on bow + ship at speed = spreading backwards and so on or explosions that rip ship apart like magazine fire)
6. - Stuck rudder torpedo hits.
(sometimes when ships are hit like IRL the steering shafts are bent and rudder is jammed in it's position sometimes hardover. causing endless circles)
7. - Improved barrel smoke with rings.
(mostly big ships still not even the 8.8 or 10.5cm has much smoke in game)
8. - Possible survivor/POW rescue for extra renown
(tho after more thinking maybe not good)
X. - Seaquest DSV total Conversion.
