Back into the sh3 addiction---been gone awhile again--forgot a lot--lotta info on everything here :lost:.

I know--these type threads are numerous, been around since the beginning, and annoying to some:arrgh!:..........with that said---.........

Anyone care to wiegh in on what would be good inclusions --or if there are updates to the ones i already have installed: (GWX 3.0 base)

Firstly, I suggest you remove the GWX Merged Campaign if you plan to stay in the Atlantic theater Operation. Unless you plan to sail in every ocean with your Sub.
It'll only increase the load-times and memory usage since it merges the stuff from the Indian ocean and the black Sea.

Have you installed Stiebler and H.Sie's Patches. Highly recommended. Adds some really long overdue fixes to the sh3.exe. Things like Watch Officer finally entering the Bridge himself. (that ex-lazy bum)
On top of many other neat features!

Torpedo_HAHD_1024_GWX is another great addition. It adds awesome modeled torps form the Old man of HAHD himself.

If you're using the external View, i suggest trying the latest Real Underwater Environment v1.0 mod too. To spike up the underwater atmo.

Or Testpilots Lensflare Effect for a bit of Hollywood effect on camera-lens

There are lots of cool little additions. Here is my Type2 mod-setup as a reference.
Keep in mind that i don't use Aces or Urfish's work in this one.

Try this for your type II

it adds a torpedo room with some off watch crew playing cards, the missing seated helmsman in the command room, and a cook at the stove, it also adds a nice small type II conning tower with open hatch, and a standing type attack periscope that has the up/down twisty thing mod. I could not find it but I think I saw a type II tuneup for the turm details.
