View Full Version : Need Help with Interceptor & 688i

First of all I would like to take the chance and thank Silverwolf (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/member.php?u=247262) and ETR3(SS) (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/member.php?u=237956) for creating such wonderful mods as the Interceptor and 688i.

I have decided to try and use the interceptor interior for the 688i mod as well. So I added the interceptor's "Interior" & "Textures" folders into my 688i data folder and I edited the submarine cfg file to direct the game engine to use the interceptor interior. It worked fine, the 688i now uses the interceptor interior.

The problem I am having is that with the interceptor there are extra crewmen manning all the high-tech consuls in the Con but I am still stuck with the normal crewmen in their standard positions and a bunch of empty seats in front of a control/sensor bank.

I am assuming all I need to do is edit a file in the submarine folder with S3D to place the additional crewmen but I could be wrong. So if one of you guys (Silverwolf would be great) could point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful.

When I said So if one of you guys (Silverwolf would be great) could point me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful.I didn't mean I don't want to hear ideas from other people, I just meant that since Silverwolf created the mod and made the crew positions it would be awesome if I could get some incite from him too.
