Sub Crew and Weapons

Hi everyone,

Sorry if this question has been posted before?
But i wonder if it's possible to change the loadout of your own sub, also with the crew, now the sub is not fully manned...

I never go to sea with anyone filling the DC or gun positions on the fleet boats. I move people into them as I need them. I'm of the opinion that they seem to fatigue faster and they don't get as much rest, even if they aren't at battle stations.

Now, the U-Boats automatically fill all slots when you start a career and I haven't noticed added fatigue to the DC or gun crews. So, maybe they fixed this in 1.5?
