I like the little clipboard that recognises the ship, speed , and distance when you lock on to a ship it's above the torp firing buttons when you use the attack periscope does such a mod exist ? I have SH4 Gold downloaded from Uplay my version doesn't have the clipboard thngy

That is a UBoat thang. The US Fleet boats have "recognition" in the PK targeting portion of the TDC that slides out from the left of the periscope. If you start with a UBoat, you'll have the notepad. :salute:
