Who / What / Where Game

The first poster who identifies Who / What / Where (as acknowledged by the original poster) will be the winner,
and can then post a new "Where/What/Who is this?" image for the next round.

Just a few things to keep the game running:

Anyone can post one guess until there is a posting from the starter to say whether or not it has been answered correctly. At that time, you may post a new guess.
Post a new image if it's your turn within 24 hours after the acknowledgement
Please check regularly (at least once per 24 hours) for new answers if it's your turn.
The question should be "where is this?" or "what is this?" or "who is this?". In case of the "where", specify how close you want it to be (for example: "what city").

Please PM the winner so they get a reminder.

We have a winner! Well done Jim, your turn next and yes the were Oberon class here as well. We even had an HMAS Oberon. The one in the image was HMAS Onslow thought I'd kick it off with a Submarine theme but images don't have to be that theme if you want to do something different. Here's the full image:
