Start a career before December 7, 1941

Hello,
I decided to make a mod that allows you to start a career Dec. 5, 1941.
I have created all the necessary files and directory, but the japanese air attack on Pearl Harbor is not going as planned.
Fushida's squadrons arrive at 250 meters above the harbor at 08:00 but do not attack or drop bombs and torpedoes on battleships. In fact, the battleships do not replicate either, nor my crew who wanted to defend the homeland.
The planes fly joyfully wings, pilots are "hello" to the American sailors and go to the Nagumo's aircraft carriers.

I know this MOD, but it does not stage air attack on Pearl Harbor. Mine, yes.

That's cool. But sadly no, I have no idea how to do what you're doing, much less be any help with the problems you're encountering.
