Anyone know where I can find other players interested in going head-to-head? It would be nice to have a website that allows users to connect to eachother and play head-to-head... A hosted multiplayer forum for example? Let me know if one of these gets started... I need an IP address from someone to start, but don't want to post my IP address on the net...

That doesn't answer my question at all... I have already played the game, I'm just looking for a place to find others who want to play multiplayer...

If you now say you have "played" then you know how to "acquire" a host and without asking for other IP addresses.or?

I have played single player against the computer, but I want to play multiplayer against another person. When I click "multiplayer" I don' see anyone... Advice appreciated...

So I just tried unsuccesfully to play multiplayer, using his IP address. I just couldn't find the host, so it didn't work

Too bad, I want to try playing as the SSK...

Vendor, the problem is, the darpa site is using subsim as it's forum for the ACTUV project. So anybody looking for MP hookups would end up here anyways.....

Thanks! I found out that myself, but then? Let's say I want to join somebody's hosted game, what do I do next. When I click on "join", I get asked for an IP address. Is there something like a gaming community you can join? Sorry for all the questions, it's kind of new for me.

That would be the IP addy of the host machine. Something you would have to arrange with the other player before hand. Not sure if ACTUV tells you your IP when you setup a host machine, or if you need to run winipcfg (or the MAc equivalent) to get your IP.

Anybody wants to play "Multiplayer"? I am available almost daily after 0000 GMT until 0400 GMT. IP address can be exchanged by chat just before starting the game.
