Is silent hunter 5 worh buying?

Hi guys i am in two mind,s in buying sh5,i have sh4 and i was just wondering should i buy it?some people said that after the mods that were created for it that it is a brill sim,is this true?and if so could yous please let me know which are the most widely used mods for the game,also i was just wondering if the game will work on my system at full grapics

gtx 280
win 7 x64

Gotta be worth a try at today's prices.
I like it and its playable modded or not.

Your rig looks like it will be more than enough for a smooth running
game.

There are a mulitiude of threads where people have asked the very same questions that you have. Have a read of the boards, and you'll find a plethora of information to help you make the decision.

full graphs or not its still worth buying, don't listen to the hate mail. some don't like it some do personally its a grower get past the initial surprises and also look up the modders and there's a good game in there.

Well ive had it for about 2 weeks now and i love the graphics, but boy has it some problems. I only bought it because it was on the throw out pile for $20.00 bucks. I have played SH3 for years and though i love it to bits, it carnt compare with the graphics of SH5, I used 2 of Dark Wraith's mods which has made the game much more playable as out of the box is junk. But the problems i have is that it takes about 7 min just to launch the game, I also have a bad internet connection (if the phone rings it drops out) so so does my game. Damm DRM. Would i buy it again? for $20.00 bucks yes, but otherwise no. Its a damm pain when the net drops or i cant connect, so i cant play MY game which i thought i owned! And dont get me started on bugs in the game....
