New headset isnt working, alittle help please?

Yes, I finally decided id shell out some money to get a new headset since my old ones broke. So I got one of these. Only issue Is, I cant get my PC to use it. It just says I have no audio device.   And yes, I know this is a Xbox headset, it also works with PC.
