Default Crew Management - Hogan's Alley

Running RSRD_RFB2.

1) What is Hogan's Alley and how do I use it?

2) Also how do you fellows select the Damage Control Team?

3) And lastly if I don't want to micromanage this is there an easier way?

It's explained in the manual.

How about a hint.

In my MOD_SH folder there are all kinds of texts, pdfs and MS Word docs. After flipping through a dozen of these I haven't come across the crew management stuff. Most of the files are named readme. Not very distinguishing.

Or here's a novel idea I could always get on the forum and ask.

The manual is a separate dl and the link at the bottom of the first post of this thread.

Thank you, that's what I was about to write myself.

Harmsaway, I'm not trying to be unhelpful, but that's why we created a manual for RFB - to explain the things that the mod does in as much detail as possible. When I see people ask very basic questions about the mod that are covered in the manual, it leads me to believe they aren't taking the time to read that documentation. I'm more than willing to help people out with questions related with the mod (e.g., why things are programmed a certain way, and so forth). RFB is in the state it is today because we have listened to the questions and feedback that the community has given.

Besides, it's worth looking at the RFB manual. They did a really nice job of putting it together.

I understand and I'm good with that. I have the manual now and it is as well done as everyone says. Thanks

The work you did with crew management is excellent. I now know I have to Rig the Ship for Depth Charge and who goes where and why.

About the Damage Control Team slots. If I understand this correctly each man has skills to repair damage in his own area and should automatically go to work when needed. So does that mean there is no need to place workers in the slots?
