[REL] SH5 Conus' Graphic Mod 1.0

Hi guys,
It's my birthday today so I decided to give YOU a little present.

I am not really very good with the descriptions so here is (very briefly) what you can expect from version 1.0:
-added swastikas to all textures where it was missing
-changed all the flags to high resolution with "worn out look" and also changed the historically incorrect ones
-changed all the submarine images in equipment screens to "SH3-look"
-replaced all medals with more realistic looking ones
-changed flags on recognition manual
-created new loading screen
-changed torpedo loading screen and used SH3 torpedo textures
-changed the mission loading screens to more "old fashioned" looking ones
-modified uniforms to more realistic ones: your XO is now Lieutnant rank and "dinosaur" navigator Oberleutnant. Also the gunner (who is for some weird reason wearing coastal gunner's uniform) now has historically correct uniform

...and also made multiple small changes to the graphics (too many and too small to list)

This is going to be continued effort so stay tuned for further updates.

(before its installation, make sure that you delete 1.0 and install 1.1)

Changes:
-All german planes now have swastikas on the tails
-Reworked a little bit firing panel on periscope screen and periscope mask (this is still work in progress)
-Fixed some clipping issues on the medals screen and also changed the highest award to "plain" Knight's Cross
-Fixed campaign ending screens
-Changed torpedo loading graphics to IMO better one (thanks to sergei for letting me use his file)
-Eliminated the (IMO useless) second hand in the clock/watch texture to achieve more historical look
-Made multiple changes to uniform textures (the gunner now has proper rank and so does the navigator, thanks to LukeFF for pointing that out for me)
-Dials inside of submarine now have "condensation" to appear on glass surfaces

This mod also includes Drifter's Brown Interface Colors v1.0 which goes better wit the overall theme.
Thanks for the permission to use it.

...and whole bunch of minor adjustments I can't remember.

The navigator should be an Obersteuermann, aka the Oberfeldwebel rank.
