[REL] New clear sky clouds...

This small mod just replace the stock Senin.tga, which is a empty texture with one that have some very tiny and sparse clouds, making the clear sky wheather type in SH3 a bit more realistic and less monotonous IMO.

The idea comes from some comments made by Hitman/Makman in this thread: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=158991 , but after download NYGM last version I could not find this modified senin.tga in it, them I made this one using as start point the Nori00.tga from GWX3.0 and I liked the result very much.

JSGME ready and compatible with any SH3/super mod installations.

very cool idea, i always thought the clear sky needed a little something to break it up.
Now if only we could get a few more stars in the clear night sky too, a dark night at sea you can see billions of stars beautifully clearly, sadly the stars in sh3 are geometry rather than a texture so i cant think of a way to add a relistic amount.

That's correct, actually NYGM did not have a modified senin.tga, and specially for that reason the sky looked so ugly empty

With the fixes that Stiebler applied, the weather is more frequently good, but at the cost of empty skies. Hence the reason I started investigating if something could be done to solve that and how I found senin.tga. I had so far as provisional solution the normal clouds renamed and used to replace the empty one, so I would never have empty skies, but this new mod of yours is something that I was hoping for.
