I guess so, I'm afraid I got this as a pdf so I can't tell. (it was from the Cambridgeshire Force..sorry Service!)
M EDIT:Actually looking at the frontispiece (which I assume hasn't been doctored) it's 1972 so good guess considering the drawangs are probably older than the publishing date.
