[REL] GWX 2.1 Mission Orders Lite

If playing time is tight and you only want to dip out of TC for messages that are 100% applicable to GWX, this messages mod is for you.

This mod is based on a request from rls669 (and others) for a mod that reduces the number of messages that you receive during the campaign and to receive only messages that are applicable to GWX. It is based upon my GWX 2.1 Mission Orders mod with a vastly cut down version of the original GWX 2.1 messages. It makes you receive only 224 messages throughout the campaign, all of which are relevant to missions scripted into GWX or important to your decision making process (e.g. location of supply ships).

v1.1 has now been released with the German and French language versions supported. There is no change to the English version.

This is a long term WIP for me based on harbour raids in GWX 2.1. The messages will take the form of:
29 Mar 1941
From: BdU
To: U-boats in Mediterranean
Agents report the following in Gibraltar:
Battleship, four light cruisers, tanker, two medium cargo vessels, two small cargo vessels and three destroyers.
Defences include four armed trawlers.
