Crowd seeing submarine off

I want to know who did this MOD? why move over all person put to SH4?

Have no intention and find the crowd with SH3 in the middle?

Here's what i was intending.

I tried to retexture the uniform on the band to a US Navy uniform but failed miserably.

The crowd at the old SH3 ports in SH4, is just an after effect. I imagine the band there is probably playing "Anchors aweigh". :rotfl:

The nodes are still there, just the models were removed from SH4. I found the dat and brought it back in. If you don't like having it, you could always remove the following two files:

/data/library/fanfara.dat
/data/library/fetele.dat

and they'll go away.
