[REL] U-BOAT no hydrophone on surface

Hi Kaleuns

Don't know for you, but since i started using the uboat expansion, I was like so annoyed by that 20km hydrophone working everytime while on surface!!

So here's a little mod that makes the hydrophone no longer work on surface, only on periscope depth and under.

Nah, my bet is just a simple editing of a single value in the...uh, wait a minute. I don't have the add-on. What's the equivalent of Sensors_sub_US.sim for the u-boats?

Some people can't even download with three mirrors?? what with those filesharing sites!?! it's getting worst or i dunno... Never had that much of problems with them but... Sorry for that, there are a nuisance for sure but, well, can't do without so to speak

I think it's just that these sights want to get hold of your PC/emails.. etc.
The cost of free uploads..
I set my inet security settings to max, with no exceptions, coz I do not like this type of web nonsense... if you would like to email it to me, I'll set it up as a zip file, straight download - no catches, no junk mail.

My postbox can only handle 10MB, but if larger I can request a bigger postbox.

Thanks for the fix, it was rather annoying.
I'll be adding this on future Senzori_UBoot.sim file too,
if they get changes in MODs.

I think it goes like this:

New value for Hydrophones:
MaxSensorHeight=-6

With Skwas Silent3ditor, in these nodes, for stock 1.5
