Default [REL] Mod for BritishMedium Old Tanker

This mod concerns the British Medium Old Tanker which was added with the U-Boat addon for SH4. The ship depicts the "Paula", one of a class of four tankers built in 1927. At the start of WW2 three were in Dutch service: "Paula", "Petronella" and "Brigida"; the fourth, "Berta", sailed under the British flag.
"Paula" was scuttled at Tandjong Priok on March 1st 1942, but salved by the Japanese in November 1942 and entered service under the Hinomaru as "Arare Maru". Her history in Japanese service is unknown, but she was possibly one of the ships sunk at Singapore during operation "Jaywick" in September 1943. She was found sunk at Singapore in September 1945, raised and returned to her owners, who retained her in service until 1954.
"Petronella" was sunk by a mine off Nauplia (Greece) on October 15th 1944. The other two survived the war.
As "Arare Maru"'s date of sinking is unknown, I have taken the liberty of assuming she was scuttled by the Japanese after the surrender and her DOD is in August 1945.

The mod corrects the roster for the British ship, and adds the Dutch ships and the "Arare Maru". The mod is JSGME-ready, but as there are only three small files involved you may prefer to add them manually to the relevant folders.
