How do you control Torp speed??!!

I have searched til I'm BLUE in the face. In a german boat using 3 speed torps how do you set the torp's speed? I just can't find it????

Go to your attack map, there is a dial there that allows you to change torp speeds on the right side of your screen near the top. You can also set up torpedo depth, impact/magnetic detonation; for the German boats you can set up FAT torpedo settings, salvo tube selections, and other things here, as well as you manual targetting if you are using that.
