Alright shipmates. I'm back. Heres a teaser for those U124 lovers. I've used this picture to help me make the conning tower.

Here is my work so far.

This side matches the pic almost exactly. Original pic had vents I think anyhow I made these and they fit nicely. If you look carefully there are small compartments so I filled them in. I added some rust and weathering. Top down looks is identical to my other darkgrey camo IXB 3D deck flooring

This side was the nightmare to fix. Nothing wanted to work right. Finally I have to say, this is as good as it gets. I might tweak it abit more later.

Now I will work on the hull. Later guys. Good hunting!

Ok the hull is done! I also did some tweaking on the conning towers Turm9c and c_1.

Looks good and almost identical. Alot of little holes I had to add.

All is left is my 3D deck. I don't think I should touch the guns on this one since the original will do the job!
This shots are in Rez 2048. I will provide both 1024 and 2048 for the IXB's!

I hope you enjoy it. It was a different project and fun. No other Uboat like this one.

I haven't been able to yet use the newer con tower so I don't know how the skin will look on it. If you do or see some errors PM ok. I'll make the nessary corrections.:hmm:

I found an issue with the file Turm9c. Its the upgrade con tower you can have for the IXB. Original wasn't acceptible and I fixed it to the newer Wolfehunter's U124 V1.2

I removed my older file. You should upgrade this version. Trust me It looks much better.

Both I guess. It was for the b. Turm9c ,1, 2, 3 work for both b and c IX subs. I'm guessing I'll have to add 2 and 3 later one once I have a chance to see how it looks. :hmm:

Or just remove Turm9c and only keep original Turm9c_1 as the first original con tower look. This way U-124 will be authentic. Its your choice.

Why didn't ubisoft do things in order? I don't know?

Turm9c should be the first con tower.

Turm9c_1 should be next and so-on



Thats my project for a while. Try to see how these skin work with upgrades.

Well I did a minor texture fix again. Thanks to Kaleu. Jachen Mohr for finding it. Here some pics to show a better look to the U-124 instead of the blue rear cables and the scopes showing a funny blue.
