Sound propagation utility - new version

Here is the new version. It does not even have readme and it is considered beta.
Most important change is that while SSPs can still be saved into files and even tho old ones can be loaded, there is also new SPR file which contains both SSP and all the options. You can open it, hit Compute and watch, with no guessing about options. You can even associate SPR extension to the SoundPropagation.exe.

Most of the options were changed, some were removed, some were introduced, read about then in built-in help. Rendering is completely new, bugs are fixed (those old ones I mean).

I was also trying to check if the bending amount is correct. Well I only found 2 graphs in my books which showed both SSP and ray diagram. One was correct, the other was way off. But if you took X axis in thousands of feed instead of miles (which it was marked with) it was correct again, so I guess my bending is OK (there is also little room for mistakes, it's pretty simple)

I'll make some readme and more profiles soon.
