[REL] Kakemann's Aggressive Escort Sonar

After not hearing sonar pings or getting DC'd Kakemann pointed me in the right direction.

This small fix worked wonders for me and if you're getting dumb anti-sub escorts while you're submerged then try this mod. This is the settings Kakemann uses. It is JSGME ready and has made a huge difference for me.

Nice you released it to the public.

I guess it would be quite annoying not to hear or get any pings from the destroyer.
