[REL] Slower Smoke
Still a work in progress, but check it out, lemme know if it's any better. Smoke at a wind speed of 15m/s still moves fast, but not NEAR as bad as before.
In JSGME format. If you want to manual, back-up the Particles.dat file in Data->Library. Ver 1 http://files.filefront.com/Slow_Smok.../fileinfo.html Ver 3- All instances of smoke should be much slower. For sure this time. (25Apr 1749 PST) http://files.filefront.com/Slow_Smok.../fileinfo.html Tweak File for Mini Tweaker http://files.filefront.com/Particles.../fileinfo.html

Found some Black_smoke entries that did not have the modified wind coef and velocity changes. Ver 2 is up above.

This is an excellent mod...
Along with the clouds moving and morphing too fast I always thought the smoke velocity was off a bit....Thanks a lot! |

Yup I'm using it too.
Ir would be nice if you could combine this with the darker funnel smoke (though not as dark as the version I just tried which was a little over the top).. |

Working on the darker funnel smoke right now. Is there something out already that improves this?

I tried your mod, I noticed some smoke being affected by wind more noticably than others. So the big black smoke was going at 45 degrees while some smoke from light damage (whitish in colour) was at a more acute angle. I will try and post screenshots. Seems like an improvement though. |
