[REQ] Automatic Crew Assign to Damage

Hi,

Would be possible to mod the following?

To work with the crew with mechanical skills only.

Every mechanical crew member be automatically assign to Damage Control Team once repairs are necessary. Leaving their usual post and kick the necessary repairs.

So instead of waiting for the Capt to manage them in/out their posts, they would act like real crew would do and start repairing the damage.
