Create the Battleship Roma for SH5

It's clear that sooo many people want this playable surface ship for SH5! I wish I could be of some help of some kind but I'm no modder.

We definitely need that battle ship playable and I wish we could use as well the already created in game battleship Bismarck. As stated in previous posts we could just start with the maneuvering ; AA and 16in guns. And try to implement it already in game. That would be an awesome start.

I Salute the Genius that will have this ready for those battleships in SH5!
