Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate is a submarine mod for Silent Hunter 4, a submarine game (some would say "simulation"). You've seen Fearless posting about the surface ships, but they are not part of FotRSU. He'll reply to you over there in his thread, or you could always PM him and ask what he did to do those ships.
