They were not included into the patch!
Just did it!

Ships without credits or missing ships icon is a known SH3 problem!

I mostly need feedback if stability is worse, better or equal. As many ship files have been changed.

radar Dd's in bad weather

Hi guys
Started a new campaign in wac 5.01 and found a big convoy with a lot of escorts in heavy weather.
Noticed that after a while some dd's such as River destroyer escort ( half was under surface and sailing,
with 5 knots type M---3 of them had sunk unexpected. Instead of Clemson - v&w hunt 1 were OK
In your opinion that matter has to do with ship sim file?

Have started encountering this error (also had on the previous patch version):





(IIRC the particular module involved is messagenet.dll, or similar. I don't remember the exact name)

Feedback:


  1. Still some problems with ships' draft depth differing between recognition manual and actual draft depth*. For instance, I ran across a "small freighter, old" (NKSCS_Taihosan) in zero m/s windspeed weather. The manual gave a draft of 5.5 meters; the .cfg file is "Draft=5.48"; the .sim file shows a surfaced "draught=3.0". A torpedo set at 5.0 depth still ran under, so it appears the actual depth is 3.0 and not 5.5.
  2. Surface ship crew still remains on deck, instead of 'abandoning', after "ship destroyed" message.
  3. Experiencing occasional unexplained CTD even as low as 64x TC.


Otherwise it looks very good, very stable! I do run a few mods, which may or may not influence things, but I try to keep them to a minimum when testing the patches for you. Nothing I post is meant as criticism, but, instead, to provide information.

I haven't ever patrolled in the Black Sea, so, alas, I'm not as focused on new units for there. However, I have to say all the units I have seen so far are amazing!

Pretty sure this is common across the board, but is there a way you can fix this for your mod? Considering the flag is illuminated, it still isn't clearly visible:

In my pipeline. I converted them from SH4 mod compilation. I only wait for approval from the mod group.

hansolo can you create ahnerbe widescreen for patch 5.02? Hard to test right now with out it.
