Torpedo Ladder Attack

In SH3 I spent quite some time setting up ladder attacks with one type of torpedo that I could fire into a convoy and hope for a hit.
I see that in SH5 they have the same torpedo but cannot find any information in setting it up to use.
Is there any information on the different torpedoes and their use in SH5?

Come on guys, help a chap out. Someone must know how to set these torpedos. I can see the ladder but i cannot shorten the initial run distance or rotate the ladder run.

Click green rectangular button bellow torpedo door open/close switches and you'll see extra options you seek for...
